White House reporters assess Karine Jean-Pierre as she grows into job: She's 'literally by the book'

Experience, education and background did not matter and had nothing to do with hiring her. The job description was Wanted: Gay, Black, Female. She fit the job description. Just like the VP and last Justice pick, black and female was the only requirement. No skills, experience or education needed. It shows.
