I shower 
and put on a fresh pair in the morning. At night I either bathe again, or if I did not sweat during the day skip the shower, just put on a fresh pair before I put on fresh PJ's. So two a day.
Probably 4 days... I am clean, when I get out of the shower, so I hang it up to dry. I hate musty towel smell, so any smell other than fresh towel, it goes into the washing machine.
When I would dog sit for my cousin, at her house, I would take my own towel. I was never sure her towels would smell fresh. They seemed washed and clean, then when you got out of the shower and started to dry off, as they got wet they have a musty stink to them. I could not handle that. I go tired of washing all the towels with vinegar, then again with soap to have a towel I could shower with. She said her sense of smell is not that good... but I don't know how she could not smell it!
