I go to the beach for a week, come back and this place has exploded with new members!!! Congratulations Dallas Highway - great job on new memberships, great conversation, and lots of fun, classy, intelligent people!

I hope you had a blast at the beach. This is a great time to visit down there. How were the fireworks?
 
Okay.......Dallas Highway party down at the beach soon! :) That would be sort of fun wouldn't it - somebody's gonna have to bring their sleeping bags though because we only have 3 bedrooms. :)

I'm loving seeing all the fun everyone is having here - this is a great group of people!

Well.....there was a little glitch in our New Year's plans. I ended up getting the flu and thought I was dying so hubby and I both were in the bed at 9:00 that night. I did get glances every once in a while out the bedroom window at the fireworks and we certainly heard all of them while I was trying to sleep.

We have decided that since I had the flu on this trip we need to go back down in a couple of weeks and make up for the fun we missed on New Year's Eve. :)

I don't want to point out the obvious, but you really can't see the 'common denominator'? :)) :)) :))
 
I agree with IF. And the flu sucks. It is getting every one. I am trying to fight it off. It's nipping at me, but I refuse to give in to it. I will not let it get me completely.
