We all love to talk about our kids and rightfully so. Lets hear some stories of success or achievement by some of our youngest in society. :B_S :B_S :B_S :B_S

If I start bragging on mine, sure as the world they will wind up on the 6:00 news and not is a good way! ::) I would love to hear some of the stories from you guys. I know you have some good ones. ;D

Just some that come to mind...

-Her first dance recital
-Several first place finishes and grand champion while in the HHS color guard/band
-Entered a beauty pageant because a friend talked her into it. First time out was in the top five, and won "Miss Fashion"
-Sang a solo in a Christmas musical at church and got a standing ovation in the middle of it
-Hired by HHS as color guard instructor
-Landed a dream internship at a large company, hoping it will turn into a permanent position

Most recently, my son hit a grand slam to put our team ahead of the #4 team. We are the #18 team and we ended up winning that game!

Some others:

I have very smart kids...my son is in the 4th grade and had gotten honor roll every year since starting school. My daughter is in the 1st grade and has had mostly 4's, or exceeds expectations, most of the school year.

My daughter is doing great in gymnastics and my son is great at baseball.

I have to brag and say I have very talented kiddos. My daughter and son both sing very well and do great in musicals for each of their schools. Daughter also does color guard and son plays baseball. They both strive to be the best at whatever it is they are doing (even the son when I get on his back about his grades lol). I am also proud to say both my kids are good christian youngins =)

A very proud mom to say the least :love

About 6 or so months ago my now 5year old little girl referred to a boys genitalia as his "poison" ... I almost hurt myself laughing so hard. That was a pretty great moment. :)) :))

I'd love to share a story, but mine has not gotten out of my body yet. :BH
Hopefully his first great achievement will be to go easy on Mom when he decides to make his first appearance in the outside world! ;D

Our almost 15 month old daughter has a vocabulary of about 2 dozen words
and can correctly identify shapes, body parts, colors, and household items...
