What a Beautiful Day it Has Been!

This day has been beautiful and I hope all my dallashwy.com friends have enjoyed it. I heard from a very reliable weather source that it is very unlikely that we will have another cold snap this season and that the above average temps are most likely here for the next 90 days.

No wonder those northerners flock down here in droves! :) I love to kid my neighbors down at the beach who are from Buffalo, NY. They have some pretty horrific stories to tell about their winters and even though we think we might have it bad sometimes here in the winter, we really don't. :)

B.B. please tell the reliable weather source that I am requesting more of the 60 degree weather we should be enjoying for spring, as I have mucho yard work/ downed tree burning to do before it gets too hot to do.

I share your excitement BB!! This weather has been incredible. I actually set out two Early Girl Tomatoes Saturday, if all goes well we'll be eating maters about a month early this year!!

I believe it will get cool again but think the "cold" weather is gone. Wooo Hoooo. :cheer1 :cheer1 :cheer1
 
The weekend was gorgeous!! I worked outside both days in nothing but a pair of shorts, been wanting to do that.

The simple things...
 
It was great!!! Saturday was a great, fun birthday! Then we got home in time to miss driving in the rain. So, I finished laundry.

Yesterday we spent a couple of hours out on a patio watching NC State win to go to the Sweet 16! Go Pack!
