Tonight - Finish the yard work before the rain sets in tonight. Pizza here at home with the Queen while we watch the Braves game (anyone want to be wager on the outcome).
Saturday - Sleep in then watch it rain.
Sunday - Church and celebrate Mother's Day.

Tonight - Dinner with the new grandbaby (oh yeah, son and DIL too!), then head to the depot or Lowes to find a new handrail for the basement stair (it broke)
Saturday - Depends on when the rain moves for the morning, but dinner with the grandbaby and (and yes, son and DIL) for Mother's day.
Sunday - Church (working all three) then dinner with the other two kids for Mother's day.

My plans changed.
Sunday I was getting together with a friend and her family for lunch, then go walk down at the beach. Her husband is out of town. Her work schedule changed, so now we are going to go walk on Wednesday instead.
We had planned that before we realized it was Mother's Day.
I felt a little badly because I wanted to take some flowers to my aunt, who lives at the opposite part of the county. So now I plan to see my Aunt on Sunday. So it worked out.
We are in the midst of a heat advisory through Sunday, especially for he inland areas. It will be in the high 90s to 101 at my mom's tomorrow.
I am at Mom's going through family things to clean out, remodel, and move in. Today around 4 pm it got to 80 inside even with the portable A/C. 
I have it down to 65 degrees inside now using fans to blow in the cool outside air. Outside night temps are 60 ish. Tomorrow I need to get up and leave by 9 am. They are now predicting that it will be 87 degrees by 10 am.
I have a bunch of errands out here. Then I need to go renew my Costco membership. I let it laps, but Costco is super convenient to mom's to get fuel, which I need. Then I'll head back to the coast which will only have a high of 80 degrees. My apartment has a great air conditioner - 72 degrees and perfect on a hot day.
I have more boxes of files from mom at home, so I'll be working in the cool there.
By Monday we are back to highs in the 60s for the next week or so, which is normal for May.
