We heard that the lady who owns the property does not do internet or email and may live in Bremen so the selling agent has to drive over to physically met with her to get the paperwork going. We’re hoping the offer can be finalized by tomorrow. We’ll have a 60 day contingency with the option of an additional 30 days if needed, hopefully that will be sufficient time to gather the remaining data to finalize our plans to build both our house as well as that of our oldest daughter and her family. If all goes well then our son and his wife can build their home on their portion after we’re moved in. It has been a long term dream of ours to have our family settled on adjacent land with each having additional acreage. It’s an awful time to be building two houses but then again I’m not sure there’s ever a good time. If it all works out it will be well worth the investment and effort.
