Chalk up another PR coup for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. The animal rights group is grabbing headlines once again — this time with a lawsuit naming five killer whales as plaintiffs, and arguing that the marine mammals deserve the same constitutional protection from "slavery" as people.

Don't get me wrong ... I'm all about us taking proper care of animals but Constitutional rights? Isn't it bad enough that our current Government doesn't seem to believe in them for actual people/citizens?
