I found out yesterday that I'm not good at "vegetating". I have had a really busy 2 months with even the weekends busy. I promised myself that after my job in Fort Totten was done and I was done with the centennial, I would take a day where I wouldn't shower, wouldn't do any work, and would just read or watch movies and relax inside my house.
The shower part worked out. I lasted until afternoon and then I felt driven to go do things. I think doing is part of my makeup. But, I will say that today I feel really rested and ready to go on with the rest of my summer and wrap up my assorted projects before school starts. I might take a small vacation, but I'm considering buying a better camera instead. (Part of my vegetating involved research on cameras, so does that count as vegetating?) I'm to the point in my photography that I'm running into the limits of my current camera. I replaced the last one too when I got frustrated with its limits.
Anyway, I'm back to being productive today!
