The leftist sites are in meltdown, they all seem to thing the SCOTUS will rule Trump has at least some level of presidential immunity.

Jack Smith's case is growing weaker, and will almost certainly be delayed.

Don the Con is trying to sell you a load of crap that the gag order is unconstitutional and violates his right to free speech. Free speech does have limitations and trial gag orders have been upheld as constitutional by the SCOTUS. Trump is trying to incite discourse and he's willing to go to jail to get his MAGA followers to demonstrate on his behalf. One thing I can say about this guy is he knows how to manipulate people.

He's not selling me anything, but you seem to be buying something.

He knows exactly what he's doing, he's playing the judge and the media. If they jail him, his ratings will go up even more.

You crack me up. How can I be buying what he's trying to sell when I'm exposing him to be a liar? What's really sad is I hear and I read his MAGA followers claiming what he's saying about the gag order being unconstitutional is true. It's so damn sad that there are so many Trump followers who are just as blind as to the truth as Democratic voters are.
Look at how many of his followers believe he has been anointed by God to save our country. If these people could make him a king they foolishly would. The ship has sunk.

He has to found guilty and convicted of one of the hundreds of charges first….just one. Isn’t it odd that it hasn’t happens yet? He really should buy some lottery tickets, he’s so lucky.

He could be jailed for contempt of court which he has more control over by running his mouth or not. If convicted, he doesn't really get to decide at that point.
