Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has called for the "immediate release" of a Dallas salon owner who was arrested and sent to jail after refusing to apologize for opening her business in defiance of Gov. Greg Abbott's stay-at-home orders.

Will be interesting to watch how this unfolds. My guess, someone will end up suing her down the road claiming they were infected with the virus while there. The case will be meritless but the lady will have to pay hefty legal expenses to defend herself while the plaintiff will be backed with deep pockets.
