We have a tailor's shop on the base. I went there today because I am having a tux tailored made. This guy's work is great. I'm getting the coat, pants, vest, and a tailored shirt all for $200. It's a black tux. I think I just may get a white dinner jacket made as well to go with it.
 
I've always thought it a good idea to have my own tux. Every year I go to the Military Ball at Ft. Gordon and since I'm retired it would be best for me to attend in a tux. If I go on a cruise, there usually is one night that is formal.
