...considering the forecast was to be somewhat stormy.

Works for me! :DN

Gonna have to water my yard though if it don't rain.

Was a beautiful day (in spite of what the weather forecast said) :) Worked half the day at work getting ready for a hearing on Monday and spent the other half of the day with hubby. He even went into Kirkland's with me in Hiram and that is NOT "his kind of store". :) Love our new Kirkland's! If you haven't been there, you need to as it is WONDERFUL!

Wifey loves Kirklands. I can tolerate it, they have a few things that interest me.

Of course, she married me.

Talked to my Mom earlier, she told me the rain missed Cobb as well.

We got a bit up here. Didn't interfere with moving, thankfully. Even had time to buy a washer and dryer off Craigslist - and move it from a second floor apartment!!!

Wow, we got your rain and then some in Richmond late this afternoon. It had looked like rain all day and I needed to run out and get some milk. As I headed out of the house I heard a distant rumble of thunder. No problem I can get there and get back home and probably won't rain here anyway.

Wrong!

It was raining lightly by the time I came out of the store and by the time I was turning onto our street it was raining so hard I could barely see to drive. I got a little wet but didn't melt. :D

We never got a drop!

I had to drag out the hoses and sprinklers and water the yard some. I've put out over 200 lbs of seed since fall and I ain't gonna let it die that easy.
