Stupid GOP legislative move

A new House Republican bill would send any person charged and convicted for illegal activity on a college campus to Gaza for at least six months.

On the surface it sounds good and makes the GOP sound tough, but it would be unconstitutional as all get out. Also, how would it look to voters if a convicted protestor sent to Gaza was killed there? Here the GOP makes the accusation all the time the Democrats don't give a darn about the Constitution. Apparently they don't either when they propose crap like this.

These incidents have convinced me that we got it all wrong about the benefits of inclusiveness and diversity. Clearly, society functions better when there is a common culture, a sense of morality, uniform application of laws, and shared values.
