Sort of like when someone from my out of town family hears something about Paulding County. 
Hey! I know Red Bank pretty well. I always thought I was going to get stopped by the Po-Po on Dayton Blvd. I came to find out they (or their administration) is not that much on the ball.
I had a guy we almost hired who washed out of their training program. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and called RBPD, asking for his records. They said they didn't have any. I told them they guy said he was "let go" during the training program. The lady put me through to the Chief. I requested his files to include whatever Internal Affairs file they had on him when he was terminated.
He just paused and said, "We don't have that kind of stuff" :'(

I didn't mean to ding RBPD too bad. I lived off of Ely Road for a year or so and loved being there. I just thought it odd they didn't keep records very well. If i had my druthers, I'd LOVE to live atop Signal Mountain any day. That is, if I couldn't afford a beach house in Daytona........which I can't.....until the Grey Colson book series is a best seller..... 8) 8) 8)
