Stand Up For James Davis...

There are reasons for these zoning laws. I'm not sure where his land is, but there can be concerns about future land restrictions. Often burial sites are difficult to deed, and isolated graves frequently become abandoned. I certainly see his point though. It is his land and it was his wife's last wish.

That's why I will be cremated and my ashes spread. It's just odd to me that one still takes up space after they die.

Call me old fashioned but a landowner should be
allowed to bury their loved ones on their own soil.

Last time I checked... this was still a free country.
