Dude, I done told you in the other thread. I gotta have good sheets and good Tequila. Most of my friends laugh because I will rarely order a restaurant margarita (and if I do I specify my Tequila) and they find it hilarious that I put good Tequila in a margarita but I can't drink anything straight (cause I'm a wimp :)) ). I rarely drink, but if I am going to I sure don't want to be sick the next day. :laugh

umm lets see

1. Pepsi
2. My Video Games
3. Margaritas
4. SHRIMP Will eat a dozen in no time or more

I'm cheap.

However, I like my Apple computer (and my iPad). On the other hand, I keep my expensive toys until they die. My iMac is now 8 years old. I also like my Toyota Camry. I also have a decent camera and some very expensive lenses.

I always specify my liquor in drinks too. Life's too short to drink bad liquor. ;)

I don't like stuff.. I like to live a minimalist life style.. I don't need fancy things

bahahbahabhabhaabha

did y'all believe that?

I've been trying to think what things I'm snobby about and finding it difficult. I guess when it comes to soda, I prefer Coca Cola. I rarely go to fast food places that sell Pepsi products. You know what they say, "Things go better with Coca Cola..."

That's the only snobbish thing I can think of.

I drink wal-mart brand soda, country time powdered lemonade, and home brewed sweet tea (wal-mart tea bags).
I buy my toys used (boat, Fifth wheel, etc...)
I buy my vehicles new and then leave them by the side of the road when they finally die.

I do buy name brand power and hand tools, (Delta, Powermatic, Dewalt, Makita, Holz-her, Milwaukee, Porter Cable, Craftsman,etc...) because I only want to buy them once if at all possible. A Ryobi shall never cross my threshold.

I change my own oil and only use pure synthetic (Valvoline Syn Power or Royal Purple) and the best filters (Purolator Pure One).

I like only "Premium" brand saltines, Wrangler or Levi jeans, and Hanes underwear.

A Ryobi shall never cross my threshold.

The new Lithium line is surprisingly good. I'm a contractor and I have a bunch of them in my basement shop. Ryobi is the same company as Milwaukee, Ridgid, Homelite, and they make many of the Craftsman powertools.

I have owned exactly two Ryobi power tools, and neither lasted a year. One was replaced under warranty two times and still didn't last a year. Maybe my experience isn't so typical. I also don't buy Craftsman power tools, just hand tools.

I've worked in and around millwork, exhibit, and cabinet shops for most of my life and, and I buy tools by what each manufacturer seems do best, Dewalt drills and trim saws, Makita hand sanders and portable sliding compound miter saws, Milwaukee sawzall, Porter Cable routers, biscuit cutters, and belt sanders, Bosch Jig Saws and impact drills, Skil brand skil saws, etc. My stationary tools were Powermatic, Holz-her, or Delta based on price and availability at the time, although I have heard that Jet has made a big leap in quality. I have a buddy with a machine shop that is practically 100% Jet and he is quite pleased.

Overall, Makita is hard to beat. I have some of them too. DeWalt makes a good tool, but their batteries suck. I order aftermarket NIMH batteries online and they last nearly forever. DeWalt is the same company as Black and Decker and Porter Cable.

I agree about the older Ryobis, they were terrible. But they have gotten much better.

Skil corded tools are good, their cordless is pretty sad.

This is a pretty good one...

1. Peanuts ;D
2. Steak (like GD said)
3. Quartet Music
4. Books
5. Mayo (Kraft Original Mayo)
6. Ketchup (Heinz)
7. Sci Fi Movies (The effects have to be outstanding and technology not too unbelievable)
8. Women (Just the one I already have 8))

Step away from the peanuts!

Henckel knives
LeCreuset & Calphalon pans
Kitchenaid Mixer
Cuisinart food processor
Bunn coffeemaker
Wedgwood dishes

Chocolate:
Godiva for a treat
Ghirardelli for baking

Sheets:
Absolutely no less than 800 ct

I've had some battery problems in tools I don't use a lot. Dewalts do seem to be among the worst. I'll try aftermarket batteries next time. Check out Tyler Tool Company on the Web.

That's funny, because Coffee is one of my pet peeves. I will do without before I will walk into anyplace that has a "barrista".

I think Racetracks coffee is weak, and I never go to or by a McD's. I have only been in a Waffle House once and would never go back so I have no idea how there coffee is.
I like my coffee dark and strong. I do not want to be able to see through it. :laugh
