School Choice Rally

I attended the School Choice Rally on Tuesday at the Capitol. It was cold and raining and there were parents and children shivering under umbrellas and yellow ponchos. They were there to voice their support for school choice to the Legislators under the Gold Dome. When they moved inside the Capitol they sent written messages to their Senators and Representatives. It was a wonderful example of how rallying constituents can speak to their Legislators in large numbers.

Can't say that I totally agree with this AJC article on the subject of school choice but it is food for thought.
