Predictions?

Often when I read some of the proposals of the Democrats, I think how can I be the only sane person who sees this won't work, and how can so many be duped by these politicians... then I read the comments section and it gives me just a sliver of hope that if all the normal people went out to vote against these morons we would take back sanity in the USA. Pleased to see these comments:

Hunger is a very powerful motivator. We'd have a LOT fewer poor people in this country if we didn't make "poverty" so comfortable.

You have got to remember Peggy Joseph! She’s the Florida woman who said after an Obama speech in 2008: “I won’t have to worry about puttin’ gas in my car, I won’t have to worry about payin’ my mortgage.”

Notice - The ONLY platform the Democrats have is to buy Votes!!!

In the meantime? We gather and put a plan in place to take back the country..I am talking with THOUSANDS of patriot Americans who say "NO" to this mess... they are looking for leadership to show them the way... President Trump is trying but this machine is too big for one man to try and fix... it is going to take each and everyone one of us to turn it around..voting? we have already seen the corruption infiltrating the voting process... Yes VOTE but meantime put on a Yellow vest

Wont change a thing, they'll still want more, and say you're holding out on them.

Socialism has a 100% success rate in:
  1. failing
  2. blaming other people for failing.
  3. taking credit for the success of tiny rich white countries that practice state capitalism.
Redistribution programs only do two things. They make the ones paying resentful and those receiving complacent. This has always been a recipe for societal disaster.

Let’s get everyone in NJ hooked on free stuff, threaten to take it away unless they hand over their arms, and then pull the plug after they’re unarmed ... isn’t that how socialism works?
 
There is some evidence that replacing ALL other forms of means tested economic aid with a minimum guaranteed income could work better than what is in place now. The obvious problem is that these programs are never the only program. The less obvious problem to the left is that this is an admission that all means tested aid that has no disability requirement is a replacement for productivity.

Of course voters....I mean current residents....would accept a monthly stipend in addition to their current salary. If they're not working then of course they'd accept a free stipend, and twice on Sundays, while sitting on their arse. Obviously I'm not included those who legitimately can't work for valid reasons. It's a vote buy program plain and simple.

IMO...

Not all folks... however a significant number... are inherently lazy...
And given a chance to 'freeload'... they will loose all motivation to be productive.

An empty tummy... and watching your kids whine because they have an empty tummy...
Is the best motivation I have ever seen... to get someone busy!

Exactly!

Human beings need work, we need challenges. It's what makes us grow and better ourselves. Without it, our minds atrophy.

In some ways, I very very sorry for the people in the welfare system because this is exactly what has happened to them. We have taken a necessary human element away from them and reduced them to being pets of the state. Besides being very bad for our nation, what we've done to an entire segment of our population is immoral and inhuman.
