I don't think anything hurts worse than a toothache. It affects so many other things! Take it easy...some ice packs may help.

Poor thing - take an anti-inflammatory (advil, tylenol or alleve) - it won't stop the pain, but it will help it some. Also, if you need a really good dentist (with great prices), call Lifesmiles of New Hope and go see Dr. Parbhoo - they are amazing!!!

thanks everyone..have taken enough Alieve for the day already, am taking some Amoxicyllian (however you spell it) in case it is trying to get infected and one of my guys went and bought me some orajel medicated swabs that helped for a minute.

You are right IF, nothing is worse than a toothache. I can't concentrate on anything cause the pain is distracting!

Can't go to a dentist right now..can't afford one so just gotta deal.

I've been there, done that. With a toothache, you WILL have to go to the dentist eventually, whether you can afford it or not. So go NOW (many will work with you.) If you wait, you will be in pain longer, and will probably have higher costs and need more work.

LOL I know right..yes I know I will have to go eventually. The tooth is broken beyond repair, has been for a long time now and never has bothered me until yesterday. I know it needs to be pulled. Just gotta get the $$ to have it pulled. I have an ice pack on it now and that has helped A BUNCH (to my surprise) I thought the cold would make it hurt but it hasn't.

so glad the tooth ache has subsided. I think I have finally got control of it.

time to go take my meds and hit the sack..Im beat!
