So my son was in Beauty and the Beast Jr. at the Dallas theater last night and tonight. He played the role of Gaston. Let me just say how extremely proud of him I am. He totally rocked that part! He owned the stage. His acting and singing is right on track and he will do so well in high school with those musicals! I can't wait! He is following in big sister's footsteps. She was so proud of him last night..it made my heart swell with pride to listen to her tell him how great he was and how proud of him she was!

I have two amazing talented kids and I am so so proud of both of them! God has truly blessed me and while I know tomorrow is mother's day and it's supposed to be the kids showing the mom's how much they appreciate them, I will reflect on my wonderful children and just how blessed I am to have them in my life. God knew exactly what he was doing when he gave me these two kids! In the words of the mom in the movie Hope Floats "My cup runneth over"!

Ok enough sappiness for now! Thanks for letting me brag about my babies :love
 
That is awesome! Sorry we missed it. But I was exhausted tonight. By 3pm, we'd played 2 football scrimmages, attended a funeral and were just going to get some lunch. Then we went Mother's Day shopping. Whew! I came home and took a nap.

And, I understand how you feel. I am the one who is blessed. :love
