gotta take my teen daughter to the doc to get shots she is missing so we can finish applying for colleges. Apparently she has to get 3 shots and this girl HATES needles. I am so not looking forward to that visit...soon as she see's that needle she will go from being a 17 year old to a 3 year old :HAHA

Oh Dear..I so hope mine doesn't bite..lol she might go to jail :HAHA

When my daughter was little, she was always a brave soldier with these things, but she wouldn't let anyone touch her unless her daddy was there. She had to have stitches when she was in the first grade, and she politely told the hospital staff they could proceed when her daddy got there. I left a job by the airport and drove to Cobb Hospital. As soon as I walked into the room she told the doctor he could sew her up now.

 They are making you do it now? Pft...we are waiting. It said on all the papers we have seen that once accepted you have such and such an amount of time to get them. (I believe it was prior to any classes starting.)

I know..lol but she did just fine! She didn't even flinch. She was like "oh, that's it, really?" she didn't even hardly feel it. She enjoyed catching up with her doc she hasn't seen since 05 =) they couldn't believe she was a senior already.

Last time the Baby Bunny got shots (18 months), I put a twinkie in my purse and when the nurse came
into the room with the needles I gave her the treat... aside from a small whimper she did not even notice.

That is an excellent idea. I hate BabyB's shots. Oh my gosh it is terrible. Last time he cried and cried and cried and cried.... It was so bad that when I made the appt on the way out, she made it for a month too early. I noticed a week later and called. She apologized and said she was just so worried about BabyB she was trying to hurry so I could get out of there. She remembered him, and so did someone else near her, b/c I heard in the background, "Oh poor BabyB... bless his little heart."

:(
