The Atlanta Falcons are the worst franchise in the history of the NFL. They suck from the top down. Bad owner, bad coaches, over rated players, bad game plans, bad execution, bad offense, bad defense, bad attitude, bad special teams, bad neighborhood, over priced seats, bad PR, etc. How does this clown they call a head coach keep his job. That's where the bad ownership comes in. AB keeps a coach/staff/game plan that is a proven loser. This formula has set all the wrong records. JMO.
 
Yet there’s a glimmer of hope at the opening of every season. This year is the year eventually becomes just another year of the same. I watch NFL games as often as I watch CNN.
 
Well just two seasons too late ole hook nose woke up and canned cue ball along with the Russian GM. At this point I would tank the season ( they are well on the way), keep my starters safe, concentrate on putting together the best coaching staff possible and take a QB (Trevor maybe?) with the first pick in the draft. A QB will not cure all their issues but Ryan is no Rodgers and he ain't getting better with age.
 
Now if they could find a new owner or at least get theirs off the sidelines and put him in the back office where he belongs....that’d be great.
 
It seemed to me that Quinn just couldn't change his game plan on the fly. He'd come up with a good plan for the start of the game, but at half time the other team would make adjustments and Quinn just couldn't do the same when his original plans stopped working.

I think he could never get out of the defensive coor mindset and wanted to micromanage both sides of the ball and its' too much for one person.

Hopefully we'll get a real head coach this time.

How many coaches is going to take before finally addressing the owner issue. I just can't watch the dirty birds, I can't stand watching the guy pace the sidelines while talking with the players and coaches during a game. "Get your arse in the office and stop micro-managing."

Yes and yes. Matty Ice needs to be playing golf in Boca with Arthur. They can have drinks after and reminisce about the old days. Later they can drop by the post office and pick up their retirement checks. If Arty wants to be a silent partner and watch from the executive suite, that's OK too. He and Matt can drink there.
