I bought a new grill Friday night at Brandsmart. I put it all together yesterday, which was a pain in the back because the entire thing weighs 167lbs. It's two grills in one actually with one half being gas and the other charcoal. Now all I need to do is find a smoker box I can attach to the charcoal side of it. I did some burgers last night on the gas side and it really distributes the heat evenly. I'm going to do a slab of ribs on the charcoal side of it today to see how well that does. I'll probably put the coals and wood chunks on one side and put the ribs on the other that way I'll still be cooking the ribs using indirect heat.
