NBC News anchor Brian Williams has angered many military veterans (LINK)

Taking a page out of Hillary Clinton's BS about being caught in sniper fire, Brian Williams demonstrates his liberal lying ways. THAT is why I watch NO network news. It's eat up with liberal, lying journalists. Why these people want us to believe they are such grand and glorious patriots I'll never know. They are the very ones who hold the military and their actions in contempt.

Over the past 12 years Williams and NBC claimed that he was on-board a Chinook helicopter that was hit by two rockets and small arms fire in Iraq in 2003, when in fact he arrived at the scene in a separate helicopter about an hour later and was never in grave danger.

I just don't understand why these talking heads still have jobs. I saw part of the apology snippet but still don't understand why he continued to lie to the camera over and over again and not think that one day the truth would come out. AND, I don't understand how it was ever a tribute to a Vet.... I guess I'm missing something. Stupid Tool!!!

Not only that, but he arrived on scene with a security team assigned to him and his photog. Instead of leaving that security team with the downed helicopter, or staying until more help arrived, he apparently wanted to leave to make a deadline. He basically stood there and told those people that his deadline was more important than their lives. He should be fired.

I don't know what his politics have to do with lying.

But, I do wonder why he thought no one would notice. It's one thing to exaggerate locally or even to embellish a story to the point of making things up. It's quite another to do so for a national audience.

Arrogance, dearest. He's NBC's golden boy. I still think he may escape unscathed. We shall see.
