Justice Barrett Rejects Appeal to Stop Biden Student Debt Plan

It is disappointing but just because we might disagree with a program does not mean it violates a law or the Constitution. The judicial branch interprets law not bad policy. Three branches separation of powers, Legislative, Executive, Judicial. This horrible idea came out of the other two.
 
It just seems like a BS rejection when they say that those attempting to block it are not qualified to block it as they "are not being injured" by the plan. I think I saw a quote as well that "paying taxes to support the Federal Govt is not enough to qualify as being injured by the program."

Under that ruling, *any* govt giveaway cannot be blocked. Holy Carp, the floodgates are opened....

I don't think they have the discernment to realize they were played... no logical thought ...all emotion.

They will focus on the anger that they have yet to have their loans paid for, however they won't connect the dots that it was never going to happen... it is being said it was a Trump appointed judge... so more Trump derangement system.

Another attempt by Biden fails. This time in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. All three judges unanimously reject Biden's plea to reinstate the student debt forgiveness. What is interesting is one of the judges ruling against Biden was appointed to the court by Obama.
