Once again, I have been proven right. Not that anybody cares but me, but it is gratifying. I’ve been saying since 2008 that the Clintons were not going to go into the wild blue yonder quietly. Obama has destroyed everything Bill Clinton worked so hard for, and Bill has been relegated to the has-been circuit, and he CANNOT be happy about that.

Bunch of stuff circulating around about how they may or may not initiate a little sabotoogery against Obama in order to set Hillary! up for a 2016 run. She’ll be a little long in the tooth by that time (69), but it could happen. But even if not, they won’t be sorry to see this poser go. I’m guessing at the least that they’re giving subtle help to Romney behind the scenes.

Here are a couple of interesting links. The second one is long, but utterly fascinating. And if you follow the link at the end of that article, you can see some really yowsa stuff.

I could totally see it happening. My husband and I have talked about this at length. The Clinton machine ain't done!

And I see sooooo many of the Democratic establishment distancing themselves from Obama. There's definitely a Plan B.

Well, so much of the business in and around DC is not really about left or right or any deeply-held convictions...it's about power-sharing, and keeping what you have. Which is why the GOP doesn't really give a crap much of the time if they win or lose. Which infuriates me, EXCEPT that in this instance, it may work for the benefit of the country. There are still a LOT of Clintonistas around, and they are experts from days of yore in Arkansas of taking care of problems. There's a reason the term "Arkancide" was coined. ;)

Yowsa is right meilan!! I still don't know how Obama got in front of Hillary, that's still an unanswered question for me. It was her turn, she was supposed to be next in line.

I feel Valerie Jarrett has been the death of the Obama Presidency, she doesn't fit the mold and Obama is too aloof to play along like a good boy.

Hillary is playing this well, not giving an out for Obama tonight. He'll have to answer some questions about what to do with "her". Come on Mitt, play the game well, we're counting on you. :thumbsup

The primary reason Obama won the Democratic nomination in 2008 was because Hillary's supporters thought she had it in the bag. Instead of voting for her in the Democratic Primaries, many of her supporters voted for the weakest candidate (McCain) in the Republican primaries. Another reason he won was because of ACORN.

I listened to a lot of talk radio yesterday. Boortz, Rush, and Erick were all saying Obama threw Hillary under the bus over what happened in Libya. I agree. Hopefully this will hurt him significantly with women and independent voters.

I like this angle because I interpreted Libya differently - I was guessing that Hillary was taking one for the team and trying to get the heat off of Obama.

I thought that too but then second guessed myself.

I can't imagine Hillary taking one for the team...unless she could use it to her advantage somehow. She's very manipulative and always has her own agenda, no matter what is going on around her.

I have said it before (Jan 2009)... and I will say it again:

I would take 8 years of Hillary over 4 years of Obama.

ruthless with extreme political intelligence.) 8)

I obviously need to go read the links because all the buzz today is about Hillary's press conference saying it was all on her. Now, I don't for one minute believe she would do that without an agenda, but we'll see.

I have said the exact same thing! I remember explaining it to my (now) 18 year old.

Agreed. At least they tend to be more centrist and have been formed in American history and ideals...
