When I was in high school, Richard Belcher came to our community to film a documentary. One of my friends had a VHS copy of the program all these years, and she uploaded it for us!
It was really interesting to watch it now, as an adult, and to view it through the eyes of experience. Sadly, not much has changed in the community. People were so upset with Belcher (for many different reasons.) I thought he did a great job, though, of showing the diversity of the people and the many cultures there.
By the way, I'm in the trailer and part 2 (as a cheerleader) and in part 4 (in chemistry class). Yeah, I got some face time! LOL
But seriously, when you have a minute, just watch it. Pretty cool to see after all these years!
