EVOC, or the Emergency Vehicle Operation Course is a BLAST! I hadn't been through it for a while, so I went back through two summers ago. I saw a lot of cones down. We're not allowed to knock them down unless you wany 5 second per cone added to your time. Of all the tests in the academy, people have more problems passing EVOC and firearms more than anythng else. Cool video 8)

P.S. I taught myself to drive a manual years ago. They don't make many Crown Vic Interceptors with it though.
 
There's a huge difference in doing this course with a car with rear wheel drive in comparison with one with front wheel drive. Doing this course with front wheel drive is a bear.
 
The day of the Crown Vic is almost gone. The new Tarus Interceptor is TOO small. They're still trying to decide which way to go next year. Even the Charger is small when you stick a cage behind the seat. It would be different if we only arrested midgets. :))
