Resident of the least visited state in the nation.
People in western North Dakota have been passing this one around. (We're pretty heavy into oil and have passed California in oil production.)
Most of the people criticizing the oil industry and its impact on small town life...are from the eastern part of the state. A little jealousy perhaps? Finally the money is in the west!
