I wonder if those who are trying to stop Trump...

My take: Trump has the BEST chance at getting the crossover vote from lower and lower middle classes - those who like to jump on a bandwagon and simply vote for someone because he's already famous. The fact that he is financially successful is going to sway some voters into to thinking that if they vote for him, they will also be successful.

When you look at Trump among Republicans, I simply say that we need to get a grip or the party will implode. Trump is winning the primaries and he is getting folks out to vote, and, if he can sustain that momentum, we have a better chance of keeping Hillary out of the White House. However, if he is the nominee, look for most of Hollywood to become anti-Trump (except for those that won The Apprentice) - they will start pushing Hillary bigtime.

End result: If Trump s the Republican nominee, suck it up and vote for him.

It will come down to more than just who will or won't vote for Trump; turnout will decide it.

Saying you will vote for Trump and actually going to the poll to do it can be two different things. People didn't turnout for McCain or Romney. Hopefully they will this time, to vote against Hillary if nothing else.

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Cruz, would you vote for Cruz in the general election? Already said multiple times that I would.

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Kasich, would you vote for Kasich in the general election? Against the democrat, I would hold my nose and vote for the cop hater...and then send him a letter telling him off!

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Rubio, would you vote for Rubio in the general election? He would have to be selected, not nominated, but of course.

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Romney, would you vote for Romney in the general election? If they do this, I'll be surprised if he gets one republican vote. But if it's against the democrat, probably yes and then I would support a third party being created.

And now, will you vote for Trump if he is nominated?

I don't want a brokered convention - that would be disasterous for the party. But, as long as the convention is conducted on the up and up (which means that there would be no chance for a Romney nomination), I will vote for the Republican nominee. If the party pulls something shady, I'm definitely going to take the time to consider my options.

I have decided that there's no way in good conscience I can vote for Trump. I have flip flopped back and forth in my thoughts but after watching his speech and his question-answer session after Ben Carson's endorsement, it was easy for me to make up my mind. In my opinion he is a terrible person and I think he would be a disaster for our country. He talked about sending 30000 troops to defeat Isis and he said, "it will be quick, real quick". He knows his audience and he's just telling people what they want to hear. He doesn't want what's best for us he wants what's best for him and that is to be a winner. I'm going to wait and see what happens but if the election was tomorrow and it was between Hillary and Trump, I would vote for Gary Johnson.

I take Trump over anyone I have seen. I didn't feel this way in the beginning and his attitude annoys me at times, but he owes no favors or money to anyone like all other candidates. I do believe he is for the people and IF he gets elected (which Hillary has lots of power and $$$$ behind her because of those trying to OUT Trump and keep the government/establishment in control), then I pray he chooses the right persons/committees/leaders, etc. to help make America great again. NO President can do it on his own. We just need to pray hard for our country at this time and become the UNITED States again.

Some questions:

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Cruz, would you vote for Cruz in the general election?

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Kasich, would you vote for Kasich in the general election?

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Rubio, would you vote for Rubio in the general election?

If Trump doesn't get 1237 delegates and he loses at the convention to Romney, would you vote for Romney in the general election?

You gave me a headache

IF.....and that is a big IF..... the convention ends up being brokered and a non-candidate is selected..... you better have stocked up your food pantries as things are going to get rough! The average person is at their breaking point when it comes to the federal govt and I feel this may be the last straw. It does not matter to the average Joe out there if the GOP implodes, explodes or just takes a dump. Most just want them to go away! They are tired of the BS that comes out of DC.

This election has defied all logic and the political elites and the media still have little understanding as to why. Until the people walk down Penn. Ave with their pitch forks, they will never understand because they are too far removed from Main Street!

Get ready people!

There's no way in good conscience that I can just sit back and watch Hillary Clinton become President.

And this thing with Eric Erickson and his little group just disappoints me. I used to like Erickson pretty good and most of his ideas I still agree with, but this little plot against Trump is personal, not logical. I've been paying attention to it since last summer. Eric made some comment about Trump and uninvited him to his Red State event here in Atlanta. Of course Trump's reaction was to return fire and dog-out Erickson like he was a nobody, which in reality he kinda is. Since then he has been on a tirade against Trump.

But here's the thing that gets me. Most of the conservative talking heads would poo-poo anyone's idea of running a third party candidate and I'm inclined to agree. They say all it would do is split the vote and assure a democrat victory. I agree with that also. So NOW, when it comes to a potential nominee that Erickson has taken a dislike to, all of a sudden a third party candidate is a jolly good idea. I think Erickson is showing his stupid side in an attempt to get national attention.

He's REALLY getting on my last nerve. I used to really like him too. I'm sick of hearing how much smarter he thinks he is than the rest of the world.

LOL. I can relate to Trump ----- my banks own me and all I own (as I am sure most of us middle class citizens can relate to), but we pay them via HARD WORKING interest money and OWE them NOTHING else! I was relating "favors and money" to other candidates asking for $$$ and promising favors to finance their campaigns. I voted early in the primary for Trump, but I WILL vote Republican no matter who wins the nomination. Like I said, this all boils down to love and prayers for peace and unity in the end! PEACE is so much needed, and if we gain peace (which generally I am not negative, but I do not have much hope for peace before the end), unity will be easy. WAY too much hate in this world. :(
