I don't know that this has a chance in hades...

All this, "We have sex, get pregnant, pop out a kid, then move on to the next person," has been horrible for our society. If a man wants rights... marry the woman.

This is a matter that should be put back to the church body to become more relevant in the community and nation to change the hearts of the people to value life and family. We don't value life, or families anymore.

If the biological father wants a say in the pregnant woman having the child, he should not have been having sex with someone he was not married to in the first place. There is a reason you get married. You plan your future with a person and raise a family.

It would not be necessary to go to court if you are not bedding every woman who says she will screw you. There are a lot of idiot women out there bedding anyone who will have them, and just as many men doing the same thing. Putting these idiots into the court system will not solve the problem. Morality of our nation is the only way to solve this problem... the church needs to step up.

Aside from rape and such, both parties should have equal responsibility for creating a child. Both man and woman made a conscience decision to have sex and usually unprotected sex.

All I'm saying is that the man made a contribution to the child, and he should have some say in it's fate. If I made a child, I would want it, even if the mother did not. I realize that the mother is the one who carries the child, that's just stuff we can't change. But that does not mean the father doesn't have feelings for it. I know my son in law was devastated when my daughter miscarried.

So yeah, dad's feelings matter too.

Truthfully, your son in law is an upright man... you are giving credit to men and boys who are not as honorable.

He married your daughter, she married him... then they produced a family, and he supports them and is as integral in their lives as your daughter.

What the court will be tasked with, or try to remedy is not that picture of a core family.

The court will be involved with breeders... those that pop out kids like kittens because they don't use birth control and think sex is what you do after you dance at a club with a person.

The court should not be involved in this...
