I see all sorts of problems coming from this.

Even if you support gender reassignment, who decides on a case by case basis who is male and who is female? As I understand it, a lot of transgenders only go so far in their journey. EX: it has been rumored that Jenner still has his tally wacker.

What is to keep a man in a dress from going into a women's bathroom? Or vice versa, to be fair. Boobs can be faked or even hidden, and none of us know what lies beneath.

So are we back to having to go by whatever a person identifies as? Me thinks there's danger in that.

Maybe we should all go nude all the time. Got a tallywacker? It would be hard to hide if everyone was naked all the time. Use the men's bathroom. No tallywacker, use the women's bathroom.

Think of all the money we'd save on clothes.
 
I myself am not concerned about what I might encounter in the men's restroom,, all of my life I have been sharing it with gays and have never had a problem,, why should I worry about a transgender. Now my wife sharing a restroom with a man might go very badly if she is carrying her .38, and is accosted. My daughter is quick to react and carries a buck knife, (no gun with the grandkids around), and she is likely to attempt to perform a lungectomy on any male accosting her. My 6 year old grand daughter is another story. It is simply unconscionable to send any young lady into a women's restroom where there could be any pervert in a dress waiting to attack them,,, it just boggles my mind.
 
This whole argument about what sex you assign yourself is such a stupid far fetched idea I have a hard time believing it is even an issue. This country was too damn great to debate moronic topics like this. If you were born with testicles and a penis you are male. If you are born with a uterus and vagina you are female. If you are attracted to your same sex you are either a gay male or a gay female. WTF am I missing?

Well we are talking Hobby Lobby so it’s not a stretch to say most “males” in the store alone are suspect. I don’t know many guys who have ever been in that store unless they were dragged (or drugged) by their wife or girlfriend.
 
I am old enough to remember when Hobby Lobby sold model trains and gas powered model airplanes. (They used to sell them, didn't they?)
