Perhaps you need to update the drivers?

You may need to change a setting in Firefox.

I did update the driver ....going to look at your second link.
No all documents worked. Excel, word, power point, and pdf. Well guess what the problem was. The pdf! I had one open to print and scrolled it to make sure it was all there. Hit print and went back to the internet. That is when I discovered the scrolling wasn't working. I restarted the computer, downloaded a new driver, restarted again, and nothing. Looked at you link and finally just googled and started reading troubleshooting boards. (which without scrolling was annoying ) ) Some suggested it was adobe 10 that reads pdf's that cause it. I realized I did have a pdf open and had never shut it so it kept coming back up even when I restarted. I closed it and the scrolling worked! I could not really believe that was the cause so I opened it back up and darned if I could not scroll again! Weird, very weird. So I guess I just need to close my pdf's right after I am done, which is a small thing, so I am now good! Good morning! ;DMacDaddy said:ShoeDiva said:Decaf :laugh never!
