I can see it now; tens of thousands of people in CA replacing their gasoline vehicles with electric and not being able to charge them because of all the restrictions in place to prevent brownouts.

That's the thing...we gotta have the infrastructure to support this. Here in the south, we're in pretty good shape. But California can't even keep their lights on.

The Dear Leaders in Kalifornia want everyone on buses and bullet trains to nowhere... so this is their plan I am sure. Everyone will have to ride the bus with homeless who have body louse.
