There was a period of time when it seemed like Mayor Bottoms might do a decent job, but she's turned out to be a miserable failure. I suspect the Democratic leadership got to her and made her tow the line with the anti-cop stuff and allowing violence to run rampant. It was almost like she just stopped trying over night.

I remember getting stuck in Freaknik traffic one year. I think it was in the early 90's. It took forever to get out of it.

If I were a po-po, I would look like I was busy helping, and instead avoid getting involved with anyone doing anything illegal, and just watch them hurt each other and let the city burn. Eff em....
