They are a real news site with a reputation for not vetting their stories very well. That being said, because they will report stuff like this, they do sometimes break some sensational true stories.

I can't speak for everyone, but for me to put that painting in my home would suggest that in the humor I have a rather close/intimate relationship with my friend. Pretty bad optics for the Clintons, but when has that slowed them down.
