I watched it. He's essentially taking credit for the deaths being down and the vaccines. He presented things in a way that would indicate nobody had been vaccinated prior to him becoming president. He's doing what he does best - lie.
 
Anytime I want to see, or listen to, a blithering idiot, there's a fully functioning nursing-home here in Scottsdale.
They can be visited on my own schedule. I don't need to waste my time with Biden.

On a separate, yet related, note... I did read what he said and suggested.
Whatever this POS suggests, I'm doing something different.

Sleepy Joe Biden said he would only serve one term, but will he make it that far?

Judging his recent behavior as an example, I think it’s unlikely. Joe’s last press conference was a disaster. He has low energy. He’s easily confused. When he speaks, his age shows. He mumbles and dithers as he tries to summon up facts from a worn out rolodex that is his mind. He couldn’t even recall the name of his Defense Secretary.

Biden should retire and enjoy his family and the fruits of his ill-gotten gains from years of corruption. Instead, we get to see his geriatric self embarrass himself and our country.
