Wow. In 5 years the digest has gone from 3.5 billion to 5.5 billion... And that's with the state taking away $150 million in Auto value with the one time tax.

Yeah my first tax bill living in Seven Hills is going to be ugly. It will be at least $4100 or more.
That's what you get for going all rich guy on us.
Not a mansion by any means. I think North Paulding is taxed higher than the rest. But this home was def more expensive than where I used to live. Also, in regards to @Guard Dad , you know I'm not rich. I am comfortable with where I am at this moment. I have been putting aside money for this tax bill since my escrow will not have nearly enough with the estimate based off the unimproved land. I will def have a higher house payment to make sure the escrow is covered after they get the bill. Have I ever mentioned that I hate taxes?
Our isn't anywhere near that high here in Cobb. You must live in a mansion.
