The Governor of Kalifornia makes me so mad...a majority of the people testing positive in my city are in their 20's....SHOCKING ...not.
My city has had no new deaths in days... and those that died last week, they reported a few were over 60 years old, the others were in their 90's. Hospitalizations are down. Since the riots we have had high numbers, in the hundreds, test positive each day. However they are not dying.
Our corrupt Governor, Nancy's nephew, has shut our city down again. He will deny money to the county if they don't do as he says. You know this is political...Three more weeks of killing our economy, which had bounced back and was doing well. Hospitality that they said would not come back, our hotel filled last weekend. Beaches were full of families enjoying the sun and surf. Restaurants and entertainment venues have been doing well. People are ready to take a chance and actually live life again, treat their kids to something fun.
The Zoo pushed back and said since all people are outside, it will not be closing.
Many businesses are not going to be able to survive another 3 week shut down, and conservatives feel it will be far more than the threatened 3 weeks. People are done with this, most know they will not die if they get it, but they will never recover if they are not allowed to work, and owners keep the businesses open.
I hope this has awakened people to vote differently in November.
At midnight on Monday, the county's public health order will be updated, effectively shutting down all indoor activity at restaurants, bars, card rooms, wineries, tasting rooms, theaters, zoos, museums and family entertainment centers, including bowling alleys, miniature golf, batting cages and arcades. The closure will last at least three weeks, said San Diego County Supervisor Greg Cox.

Coronavirus-linked deaths across the U.S. continued on a downward trend as of Monday afternoon, even after the country hit historic levels in the number of new confirmed cases late last week, a Breitbart News analysis of the seven-day average of fatalities showed.
Daily death data maintained by the Times, which tends to include higher figures, showed that the fatalities on Sunday (258) are at the very least the second-lowest since late March after the figures on June 21 (257).
The low number of new deaths in recent weeks compared to the spike in cases suggests that more people are contracting coronavirus without succumbing to it, a development that is pushing the overall mortality rate — both the infection (true) and confirmed case (crude) figures — down.
As the figures stand now, the steady increase in the number of new COVID-19 cases reported each day does not parallel the deaths recorded daily.
