Hi MamaH---I don't remember if you are doing fondant cakes or not. My g/f owns a catering business and she has started doing these fondant baby cakes and is just selling the fire out of them. She is getting tons of requests.

Those are so cute! I am really just getting used to working with fondant right now. Most of what I do is with the buttercream, but I am trying to like fondant just as much! :)

I prefer buttercream myself. Have never tried working w/ fondant altho I find the babies very tempting. With all these cake shows my g/f says the orders all want the fondant stuff.
