Full-Time ARPA Grant Position Available:

Magistrate Court* Please note these positions are funded through the ARPA Grant. They are temporary full time positions. These assignments will conclude on December 31, 2023.

Bond Compliance Coordinator:

This position will be in charge of monitoring and coordinating bond compliance hearings, obtaining proof of compliance, and summarizing the defendant’s progress for the assigned Judge at the time of the status hearing for eligible detainees prior to trial dates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent.
• Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years.
• Possession of or ability to readily obtain GCIC/NCIC certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge/employment history inclusive of:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience or knowledge of the Judicial System and any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
• Data Entry and related computer skills
• Ability to multi-task.
