Auburn vs Oregon BCS National Championship

Lead me to the beach!!!
Monday night 1/10/11, is the BCS National Championship. Tigers or Ducks? I hope it's a good game. Like everybody else I think it's going to be a high scoring game. Not much defense but should be entertaining.

So who do you think wins?
 
I'm a fan of neither, but I'd love to see the Ducks win it. The NCAA needs a shake up, and I think Oregon, TCU, & Boise State are making a pretty good statement for the "lesser" known football schools. I would rather have seen Oregon & TCU play for it, but that wasn't going to happen with TCU being in a non-AQ Conference.
 
Like you, I'm not a fan of either. The best TCU will finish is 3.
 
We all know Auburn is going to kick butt. Those pansies from Oregon haven't been hit hard all year. Once they get a taste of the SEC tackling style, you'll see them start to change their game plan.

Oh well, sounds good anyway.

Should be a good game. I think Auburn wins 45 to 28. As for the other teams, they have to prove to the rest of the world that they can play with the big boys. One game doesn't mean anything to me. Play a whole season with quality opponents and then we'll talk. You can't waltz through the regular season playing flag football teams and expect to get a bid to the championship bowl. I like what TCU is doing by moving to the Big East where they will face formitable opponents. Lets see Boise State make a move out of the Mountain West and into the Pac 10 or Big 10 so we can see what 'season' talent they are made of. For this reason alone, I will take a one or two loss SEC school any day than an undefeated Boise or TCU team.
