I guess I've been lucky with them, never a problem and they have always been helpful when we had an issue.
 
If their wireless service is anything like their residential and DSL, I feel your pain. The last time they asked I let them know in NO uncertain terms that I would never be adding ANY of their services but I just couldn't stand dealing with them in any other area of my life.

Makes me thankful for Sprint, and that's saying a lot. :))
 
We're actually pleased with the performance of their system. It's their customer service that sucks.

Oh, LOL, I was referring to their customer service. Their products are fine.
 
Over a week later, I'm still trying to resolve it. They sent me a new phone, but no battery. Called back and wasted another hour and a battery is on the way. Got the new phone yesterday, works but I noticed signal is weak. Got home and it won't work at all.

On the phone with them again...
 
We haven't had a problem with them at all. I used to have Verizon back in 02, but they had to many dead spots. I then went to Sprint and the same problem.
 
I have NEVER had an issue with ATT... I loooove them. WHen my nephew ran my bill up an extra almost 2 grand they took care of it

and I do so ever love my iphone
 
Comcast is a complete scam, but the service rocks. I can download at 14Mbps any day of the week.

And I don't think you can beat Verizon for cell service. It may be a little more expensive, but worth every penny.
