Stupid should hurt!
Anyone have any suggestions on a good spot on the GA/SC coast to go during February? I want to take my wife for a few days for our anniversary, somewhere on the beach with a good winter rate. I've thought about Jekyll or Hilton Head, but was wondering if anyone has been anywhere out there during this time of year. Thanks!

I have friends who have been to both Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach in Jan and Feb. They really liked it at that time of year. Myrtle Beach is closer than Hilton Head.
 
How many days are you wanting to stay? I have a brochure from Jekyll Realty you are welcome to look at. Very nice rental homes. sometimes you can do 3 day rental, just not sure now with the economy the way it is. Let me know if you want to look at this brochure
 
My mom lives in Myrtle Beach and works for Fairfield Inn. If you decide that is where you want to go, let me know and she could give you some advice.
 
Never been to either one in Jan. or Feb. I went to Savannah with wifey last Spring when she had a business conference. Tybee Island is close by and there is plenty to do in Savannah. 8)

My sister lives there too. She cleans some of the vacaction homes. Let me know too. Between the two of us we might find ya a great place.
