A way for Biden to skip debates?

There is no Constitutional requirement or law forcing any presidential candidate to release their tax records. It shouldn't be an issue. If a candidate wants to release them, fine; if not, fine as well. Besides, how can one tell the tax records a candidate releases is actually the tax record submitted to the IRS?

The truth of the matter regarding debates this election season is - Democrats are scared to death of Biden debating Trump. They know the more Biden talks, the more gaffes he makes. He also has a a strong tendency to take credit for things he did not do. Biden doesn't stay home to protect himself from COVID; he stays home to protect himself from his own mouth. The left made fun of Trump for going into the bunker. What the hell is Biden doing right now? His bunker is his home. Do we want a leader who is afraid to go out into public, who stays home because he's afraid he's going to get sick? What the hell kind of signal is that to the people when you claim you can rebound the economy? "Hey folks, stay home so you don't get sick."

The Democratic Party is such a joke.

Very true but Trump did say he would release them. Everyone knows the IRS audit excuse is total BS.

They won't let him quit as he's their ticket to the moderate vote. The running mate will be their ticket to getting the far left excited about the election. Then, if they win, Biden will resign for health reasons after a year and they get to pick another VP from the Far left to further excite their followers for the mid-term elections.

This is Biden's last hurrah to help the left.

Exactly why they are demanding the tax returns they know they will never get,,, it's their easy out to keep sleepy Joe out of the public's eye except for when the MSM edits and controls the content.
 
The Dems supported Obama for not releasing college records and Biden for not releasing documents others have requested. So why not support a president for not releasing his tax records? Because they are still on a witch hunt about the Russia thingy they made up. The biggest reason no presidential candidate or sitting president is obligated to produce tax returns is because it is not a Constitutional requirement. The Dems don't get that though because they don't care about the Constitution.

I thought about him being nothing but a bait and switch. This is a real possibility. His VP pick will tip their hand.
