Been there as long as I can remember. My girth might not show it but I am not a big sweets eater although I have gotten donuts there in the distant past. My aunt worked at Sears Ponce and as children we went to the Ponce de Leon Infirmary when we were sick so we passed this place many times. At the very end of the article it says the cause is thought to be wiring in an area recently repaired. Doesn't say much for the electrical contractor if they used one. Possibly the guy working out of his station wagon who also did the framing, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, tile, flooring and painting. Places like this are notorious for using the absolute cheapest construction labor possible. You get what you pay for.
