I was asking to get everyone's thoughts before I volunteered to head it up but if UM wants to do it go for it. I just saw what the theme was and wondered if we should do one since the "other site" has done it before. I love the Dallas Christmas parade and love being in it. I love giving candy to the kids and seeing those sweet smiling faces.

Well why didn't you say so girlie!! You go for it!! It's so much fun!! I can help. However, from experience most of the work needs to be done the day before and the closer you get the float to the line up before putting the "finishing touches" on it, the better.
