Who Thinks the NY Republican Congressional Loss Was Because Of Scare Tactics?

I think the Dems did a job number on Ryan's proposal with several scare tactic ads and many of the same type of commentary. The GOP needs to do a better job explaining exactly how a plan works. This is something the GOP has a tendency to do very poorly with issues such as Medicare and Social Security.

I myself would work on a plan that doesn't effect those collecting now or those who would be eligible to collect it within the next 15 years. I would work a plan that gradually phases them out to something new, improved, and less costly to the government.
 
Hannity mentioned tonight that the Tea Party candidate wasn't really a Tea Party candidate at all, he's a former democrat.

The vote percentages were Democrat-47% Republican- 43% and the Tea Party- 9% (last I heard). I think if the TP Candidate had not been in the race the Republican would have won. Madea, I heard the same thing about him being a Democrat. I think it says that if we have a 3rd Party TP Candidate in the race it could cost the Republicans elections. :(

I agree because it will split the conservative vote.
