When Fascism Comes to America...

I saw an article yesterday where someone found a Antifa manual left behind at some event. The article showed photos of some of the pages. The goal of Antifa is to have a one world government with one political party.

Youtube is still allowing the uploads and videos. I see Diamond and Silk ones when they are uploaded. As for demonetizing them, eh, I know there are Youtubers that make their living because they have thousands if not millions of subscribers and with the advertisements both Youtubers and the company can make money. If Youtube is still allowing them to speak, which they are, I do not see that it is censorship or a free speech issue. If Youtube right or wrong (which probably wrong...but) decides that certain things do not work with their advertisers I am fairly certain that is their prerogative. They are not banning them from uploading or removed their channel, they just aren't getting paid. I am not a youtube guru so I do not know if there is a contract involved or not, but I would think that with the money that Youtube has that they would not just do something like demonetizing a video without a leg to stand on if taken to court.

Apparently they are using some new algorithm that is doing this for many types of videos including ones on video games so it doesn't appear to be only targeted towards conservatives.

Also, YouTube is a private company and therefore has the right to ban, censor, or demonitize any video they like. I'm sure their agreements are 100% in their favor (as they should be...I'd do the same) so any legal fights will probably not be effective.

Having said all that, just as they have the right to manage videos on their site, we all have the right to boycott them (except for the cat videos, of course).

Ah...that makes sense. I was watching one Youtuber yesterday and she has over a million subscribers and when she did her "subscribe to may channel and hit the button for notifications" thing she mentioned something had happened recently where many of her subscribers are no longer getting notifications. It appears as if they are changing things around and some have taken it as if it was a slight towards them. (and this is a makeup artist, so odds are... not conservative :connie1:)

I figured as much myself.

:p:D

I've read they are also threatening to quit supplying advertising and ad money to sites that don't remove articles they don't like.

Isn't it funny how the bakery was sued and told they had to supply services to everyone but Google gets to pick and choose?
